Fashion Newbie: Really, She's wearing a skirt?

So I've finally gotten a Co-ord however surprisingly I didn't purchase them both at one time (I know the struggle!) I got my hands on the beautiful strapped crop Top a few weeks back and when my eyes came across the matching skirt I knew it was just meant to be! There's something about matching sets that seem to make you feel almost put together and with this lilac match in particular I felt extremely feminine, and like I should be roaming the streets of Miami! Unfortunately that is not my reality and whilst this is my favourite outfit to date for the unpredictable weather at the moment it's a risky choice, but fashion over comfort right? Or is it the other way around?
Baisically I felt amazing and whilst you might feel a bit brave venturing out in it in the current climate, It would look amazing in the summer!
